The picture is decieving. The strap for the girth is not in the same spot as in this picture. The two that I bought just in Dec. 2011 and one that a friend bought in Dec 2010 had the strap in the back of the pad. It is also very long. So if you have a smaller horse it will be too long. Once I shortened it and moved the strap for the girth it worked great. I gave it a 3 just because I had to do so much alteration.
